• Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Once submitted, you’ll receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• Delivery fees are added at checkout.
• Payments must be completed at time of purchase using the accepted methods on our site.

4. Delivery

• Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days.
• Shipping times may vary depending on your location and seasonal demand.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.

• If your item is damaged or incorrect, please email carol@kallabliss.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable.
• Refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion.

• Our products are for external use only.
• Keep out of reach from children.
• Always read ingredients carefully.
• If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
• Kalla Bliss is not responsible for any adverse reactions caused by product misuse or unknown allergies.
